Adding even a little bit of clouds can make an enormous positive effect on the look and feel of the environment. AH3 has a different cloud system than AH2, and as of 6/2017, a different cloud system than as of earlier in AH3.
AWA files you can use in your events. Right click and select "save target as". Put them in "C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High III\chconfig" and into the folder named after the terrain you want to employ it on. Then, for offline use in AH3 to test it out, type into text buffer ".sweath light5k" (or whatever the name of the file is).
Note in following, 512 size terrain means terrain that is about 20 sectors by 20 sectors. 256 size terrain is about 10 sectors by 10 sectors.
